Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The car was smoked in and I'm a non smoker.

I rented from the Iowa City, IA location and it was fast, easy, and efficient for someone like me that leads a busy life! The representative that helped me was great, as well. I was in and out in 10 mins. That's awesome!! One recommendation would be to have a better variety of vehicles to choose from. I use Enterprise in IC often and their selection is ok at best but doesn't stop me from renting because it still serves my purpose of renting a vehicle to go out of town.

Completely painless experience. I was in and out of Enterprise in 15 minutes after they checked my reservation and the car I was renting. The car was deep cleaned and ready to go when I showed up and drove great. Definitely would recommend for those who need to rent a car at a reasonably affordable price.

The call center made it very easy to get rental set up...and the young man helping us did a very nice job. We were embarrassed to turn back in the car because some of our guest got the floor of the car very dirty. It was no big deal because they detail every car. Made us feel much better.

They were very busy when I arrived with only two people working on getting people vehicles. I waited 45mins past when I was scheduled to pick up my rental. That's not the part that bothered me. I had requested a full size car but when they looked they realized that they had not yet cleaned it and asked if I wanted to wait another 45mins while they cleaned it. At this point I was already cutting it very close to an appointment I had to get to. I declined and went for a economy compact vehicle instead. The vehicle was smaller but it was decent enough. My biggest problem was that when I got back home after my meeting and was looking at it closer the vehicle had obviously not been cleaned well. There was trash under the driver's seat and handprints all over the windows. They didn't even offer me any additional discounts for the hassle of not having my vehicle ready or for the excessive wait time. I was pretty disappointed this time around.
