Enel was super helpful and nice to work with he fixed all my issues I had when trying to extend my rental!! It's imperative that I have a vehicle for work and he made sure everything was correct in n the system before I got back in the road!!

I rent from Avis Dubuque several times a year. I hand over my license and credit card and I'm off within minutes, sometimes with my choice of vehicle. It sometimes takes a few minutes for them to come to the counter, when they are out cleaning vehicles. Since I know that ahead of time, I'm not too worried about it. If they are not at the counter when returning, I just follow the instructions. I fill out the paper and drop the keys in the box. The receipt is available online later that day or the next day.
