The gentleman behind the counter was amazing! He provided good information about the options, got us the car promptly, and even told us about the awesome restaurant in the airport. Best experience I've had at a rental car agency.

Always get great customer service here and good quality cars

While the counter agent was professional and friendly, the car was a disaster. I had to sign an agreement to keep the car non-smoking. However, when I got in the car there were ashes on the floor and on the console. The car reeked of cigar smoke. I had to drive all 4 days of my rental with the windows down to tolerate the stench. This experience was the complete opposite of what I expect as a Hertz Gold member.
