Enterprise Rent-A-Car

All my experiences with Enterprise have been excellent. I can't imagine how they could improve. The local staff do so much to make my auto renting easy and successful. Thanks!

I been going to enterprise in Dubuque Iowa for about a year. Always have great cars and no problem. What makes a place great is when there is a problem how they deal with it and fix it. That’s true customer service. I had a situation , these great guys Josh, Benjamin, and Pifa helped me. They were helpful and understanding as always. This time really touched me because I was traveling because I had death in my family. I wanted to say thank you guys so much❤ufe0f❤ufe0f keep up the great work. Our recent car rental experience was, as always, a pleasant one. Staff are always courteous and service is all ways above and beyond. We utilize Enterprise often and would recommend them to anyone.

I been renting from this location now five cars now and staff is always pleasant cars are clean and prices are reasonable. Another plus for me is gaining points for my rentals. I will continue to use this company while going thru my transportation hardship. Thank you Enterprise

Reserved a large SUV a week ahead in anticipation of it being busy due to the time of the year. Made plans to use this SUV to pack and move what I could across country. Upon arrival the SUV I initially planned for and reserved was unavailable. Excuses were, its a busy time of year for rentals and covid has impacted the timely return of vehicles. In the end these are excuses. Things could have been handled more professionally. For example, informing prior to pick up day that this vehicle would be unavailable so I might make other plans. Just bad business. Will not be a returning customer.
