Heartland Rental Cars

We have rented several times from here. The process was easy. The staff was great to work with. We rented a van for vacation. It was new and they had just put the dvd player in each headrest, which was great for the kids. We have rented a new car while ours was in the shop. Our vehicle was taking longer than expected and we called and extended our rental. Cars are new and clean.

Best prices available in the area! Brooke is great to work with. The vehicle they gave me to rent was very high quality. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable rental car that's dependable. The only thing that I was concerned about is when I rented the vehicle I got the weekend package, and picked my vehicle up on Friday morning, with the understanding that I had to have it back by noon on the following Monday. I brought the vehicle back the following Monday at about 11:10 or 11:15am and it was a different lady who checked the vehicle in. She said that everything looked good but that I should have had the vehicle back to them a little earlier, but she wouldn't worry about that. I was pleased with my experience but was concerned that there may be some misunderstandings about the time that the vehicles are to be returned with the weekend packages. But overall I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future if I need a rental vehicle!
