Avis Car Rental

Linda at Avis in Burlington, Iowa was fantastic. When my flight was canceled do to fog and rain, I decided to take a last minute train. Linda at Avis picked me up at the train station, after hours, in poor weather with my rental car. This was beyond what I would expect from any car company. I was thoroughly the best customer service I have ever received and would recommend the Burlington Avis to everyone. Thank you Linda!! Kate Brannon

Had a prepaid reservation. They had no car for me, as well as other customers who had reservations. Had to make other arrangements which cost me a lot of money. I guess I'll go back to enterprise. Despite the poor service at the Burlington location, at least they had a car to go with my reservation.nnLady at the counter was nice, though. It wasn't her fault, just poor management by Avis.

I have watched these employees in action and it appears they take happy pills before they come to work, amazingly friendly with can do attitudes. If you need a rented car Burlington Iowa Avis is your place.

Was in accident and in hospital. We are not from this area. The car was totaled. This Avis called us and said they car ready and waiting for husband to pick up. He just walked in they handed him keys and he was on his way. No waiting. Very friendly staff.

This company had a great staff anyone who rips u off is usually nice,, The first car almost killed me going into a quick storm the windshield wipers didn’t work, took the whole day to get a different vehicle half way through my trip,, then the price they quoted me on paper,””military discount”” doubled when it came time for billing and they said “sorry” that’s the way it is,, I realized there was a reason my insurance company didn’t even suggest them and picked enterprise.. I will in the future and so should you,
