Alamo Rent A Car

Easy pick up and drop off in Fargo, ND. Had the vehicle for 12 days and it didn't skip a beat. Will definitely rent Alamo again.

Amazing service! Shaun at the front desk was incredibly quick to respond to my mishap (I locked the keys in the new rental car before I even left the airport parking lot...yeah very silly, I am aware, and was kind of embarrassed but hey stuff happens). I immediately alerted Shaun at the front desk and he jumped into action. It was such a relief to know I had his support. He actually ended up using a took kit to get into the car and I ended up taking up way more of his time than I intended but within about thirty minutes I was in the rental car and was able to hit the road. So grateful for his help and willingness to go above and beyond. Thank you Shaun!!! (Apologies if I didn't spell that correctly, could be Shawn) Anyway, so appreciate you!!!

Had a great experience from Alex at the front desk greeting me to the car being very clean.
