Excellent service and very friendly staff members. They offer pickups from your home to their office. I would use their service again.

We have rented cars at Enterprise in Mason City, Iowa, several times. Our latest rental was July 24 -27. The experience was great and safe. The Enterprise employee met us outside promptly and did the check out procedures in under ten minutes. Our return was handled equally as efficiently. Two rentals ago, we actually wrecked the rental by hitting a deer, and that experience was handled so professionally! These folks are great!

My rental agreement was for a full size vehicle, however, I was given the next size smaller, because the vehicle I requested was unavailable. Two of my passengers were over 6'2, this made for an uncomfortable ride. Because I use points, the only offer made was I didn't need to fill the vehicle back up prior to return.

The Mason City, Iowa Enterprise location is the best. Small, but usually has the vehicle I need for transporting my wife. Would not go anywhere else.
