Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Definitely legit, we reserved a small SUV. When I was talking with the man working, about our plans and he was definitely paying attention. I had briefly mentioned that we had kids just once. He then upgraded us to a minivan, and anyone that knows anything about rentals knows that a minivan rents for around $100 a day and the small SUV we had rented was in the mid 40s. We had this rented for 5 days, so he gave us approximately $275 for nothing. So shootout to you Enterprise. We will 100% be back, and I 100% recommend them.

We had rented the car on 6th Aug 2020. we expected we will get a car of 2020, but the car we got is 2019 Dodge durango, and over 32,000 miles. This was unexpected for us from Enterprise as previously we used to got new cars. Anyway, they did not had any other options and wee had to take it.nWe were travelling from North Dakota to Pennsylvania, and it was a 7 day trip. On day 3 the car suddenly showing message that, Oil change is required. As we were in the middle of the trip and in very time crunch it was not possible for us to do the oil change. After day 3, every time we started the car it showed the message of oil change, and we had to drive rest of the trip with a headache of it.nEnterprise should do a proper inspection of the car before handed over it to a customer. Although, nothing happened with the oil change issue and we reached back north dakota safely, it was a big pain for us for rest of the trip.nAnyway, the car drove very smooth. It had some scratches and one penny size dent/crack on the windshield before renting. As we took the damage waiver, we were not bothered about it. It was basic trim and didn't had any feature like LDA, Dynamic Cruse control, LED headlight etc.nFinally, I hope enterprise will be more careful about the maintenance of their car before handed over it to customer and avoid cars over 20K mileage.

When I am in need of an Asap travelnEnterprise it my #1 go to, you can go wrong with Enterprise.nI am glad God give the strength and the knowledge to the ownernto start this wonderful company. My first vehicle had something wrong with it in the front end so it made it very hard to keep it on the road and the oil was low so I had to buy some. Then when it came time to swap the vehicles at a different location the vehicle they gave me had a lot of body damage to it. I had the guy take lots of pictures of all the damage. When I returned the vehicle they sent me a notice they are going to try to charge me for the damages! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they were really good about swapping vehicles and some really friendly employees.

I have been so pleased with this entire experience! I've had my rental for over a month now, my car was totalled, and I not only love the car I'm in (Altima, 45 averaged mpg) but everyone who works at the 45th location has been amazing! Any time I had questions, they were there to help. I normally don't take the time to do reviews like this, but these guys deserve the recognition. I would not hesitate to use them again!! Thanks for everything guys!
