This is our second year renting from New England Slingshot Rentals and we will continue the annual tradition. Our experience with Bobby and his team has been top-notch: friendly staff, great customer service, and a seamless reservation/pick-up/and drop-off process. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end! They were able to accommodate our plans and allowed us to pick up a little earlier than scheduled. When we got there, he had everything ready to go for us including a clean slingshot, full tank of gas, digital paperwork ready to be signed, and a quick but thorough demo (including tips/recommendations and an opportunity for Q&A to answer any questions we had). We were on our way in no time and enjoyed an amazing day of cruising the scenic coastline. Bonus: we witnessed and were pleasantly surprised at their cleanliness and sanitizing procedures for Covid-19 regulations.
(Rented a few weeks ago) checkout was fast & riding in the slingshot was SO much fun!! Bobby went above and beyond for us as always.. will definitely rent another slingshot soon! Thank you for such a great experience
Fun time, great customer service. Bobby was accommodating when I wanted to switch from 6 hours to 12 hours half way through my ride. Experience was awesome and the manual transmission was a lot of fun! I strongly recommend this place!
As a time first renter of the slingshot experience was very happy with Bobby and the smooth operation on pick up and dropoff looking foward to my next rental
