I had reservations for a car on 9/17/20. On my voicemail that mirning, the gentlemen called to confirm and what I needed to bring if I had a debt card or credit card. Get to the office, gentlemen takes all my information. We walked around the car. Front of car still had bug smug on it from long distant travel. My point: I am a 4 to 5 repeat customer at this location. I am a enterprise reward member. Never had trouble paying for my rentals. He takes my debt card, same one as always, and says: no chip, we can't accept. SINCE WHEN? Why wasn't I informed that on the voicemail that I still have? I took a cab there. Had to walk home. I will be speaking to a lawyer. This was totally wrong! I should of been informed.
Picked up a Chevy Tahoe just like I asked for. Car was clean and drove great. The Enterprise staff at the New London, CT location were very nice and helpful. I was impressed with how smooth things ran. I was out in 10 minutes. Returned the car a few days later and was able to drop the keys in the night drop and go.
Customer service was excellent for picking up and dropping off the car. The employees were very professional and I will definitely use Enterprise for my next car rental.
The vehicle wasn't ready when promised. Vehicle wasn't cleaned inside before giving it to me and the front tires were bald.nThe car was very comfortable.
They were quite flexible and helpful. They worked with my insurance company, and it was a very easy transaction.
