Scott laughed in my face because I totaled my car and was stuck in fargo. That guy should be fired immediately. 0 customer service from him.
Scott made sure that all of our needs were met. After we were ready to go, my husband asked to have satellite radio and Scott was happy to start over and give us another car that had satellite radio. We have rented from him twice and will do so in the future.
