Avis Car Rental

Not sure of the guy's name who helped me, but he was great. Searched competitors sites and gave me a little lower rate. Reminded me to fill it up with gas before returning. Easy, fast rental process. It was everything I needed and nothing I didn't. Cheers

Vehicle was very clean and the rental process was fast and easy. Also the best prices I could find in town.

Not good customer service, I booked a car online and then when I went there to pick it up they told me that I wasn't eligible to rent from them. This is also after they ran my back card for the full amount of the rental and somehow they got ahold of my PayPal account and charged that for the same amount... I didn't give them my PayPal account or card. Then the guy said that I had to figure it out on my end to get my money back. I would definitely steer clear of this place.
