Excellent service they picked me up delivered me to the car. Did an upgrade which i enjoyed when i dropped off the vehicle no hidden charges and returned me to my location. One suggestion is for them to pickup vehicle and delivery. I really appreciated the service.

I always rent whenever I need from Enterprise, I usually had no issues. Last time when I took the vehicle for rent, I had to drop it at another location but later my plan changed and I mostly didn't use the vehicle and returned. I had taken full fuel tank of $46 but i didn't use. I was hoping that this money be refunded as didn't use at all. One thing I liked is they waived the fee that was charged for different location drop.

This was our first time renting from Enterprise and it was a very pleasant experience! We rented an SUV for the weekend from the Groton, CT location. Everything went extremely well, from the employees being super friendly, to the ease of the paperwork! Great customer service goes a long way. Definitely our “Go to” rental agency from now on!

Rental car was dropped off for me at a body shop in Mystic CT. The car had a very heavy cigarette odor. This car did not have the no smoking stickers on the dashboard like other Enterprise cars that I have rented before. I am allergic to cigarette smoke, therefore I needed to exchange the rental car with another rental car. I called the local Enterprise office in Groton CT for an exchange. After a couple of hours I was able to get a replacement vehicle. This vehicle still smelled of cigarette smoke, but tolerable. This car did have the no smoking stickers on them. I understand that it is hard to prevent renters from smoking in cars, I just wish that Enterprise would do a better job cleaning and removing odors from the car. I believe the main contributor to latent smoke odor in cars are the cabin filters. I wish Enterprise would change these more often. Both rental cars had over 20K miles on them.

After I was rear ended, I needed a rental until I could buy a new carnnMy experience at this location was absolutely flawless. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. They helped handle everything with the stubborn (and hard to get a hold of) insurance company. They were even able to help me extend my rental at minimal cost to me. They also had amazing communication.nnThey would call me with updates in regards to the insurance company and were very clear in explaining the process to me. I was given a new and very clean Nissan Versa.nnI couldn’t have been happier with my experience. The Enterprise team at the Groton location went out of their way to help walk me through the process of getting a rental. They were very kind and (I cannot stress this enough) very helpful.nn5/5 - communicationn5/5 - customer servicen5/5 - rental car qualityn6/5 - overall experience
