Customer service is lacking. Needed help and was passed around from one person to the next. I was told only the manager could help with my issue, but no one could reach him and/or then he was gone, per the last person I spoke with. I'm still hoping to get my issue resolved... the car is great though!
I was charged with 10$per gallon since i forgot to fill up the gas tank before returning the vehicle to airport. I was already getting late so in a hurry i directly reached airport but you should consider 4 or max 5$ Per gallon. 10$ per gallon is too much.ill never suggest or take Avis again. It was my first and last booking with Avis.
The worker, Kait, was very kind and extremely helpful in both the check in and check out process.
I have always loved Avis. Had great service and couldn’t ask for more . But then my trip was canceled, I called numerous times and was promised a full refund. Well they Did not give me my full refund, they chose to give me the $50 voucher. I explained that I could not travel before the end of the year and the supervisor said I would get a full refund. IT DID NOT HAPPEN. I was loyal to Avis but now will book elsewhere....
The Customer Service Agent was very nice, professional, and especially patient with me as I had questions. I hadn't rented a car in years and after calling around to different rental agencies, including Enterprise, Avis was much more accommodating.
