This place doesn’t deserve any stars, completely discussed. Someone had dropped off there car exactly when I picked up my rental and I was given that car completely dirty. Looked like vomit over the seats and trashed left behind. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Completely not sanitized.
The older reviews were a bit off-putting, but I needed a vehicle quickly for a couple of days while mine was in the shop. I had never rented a car before and they were the closest, so they were really my only option. The gentleman at the office was very patient and explained everything to me. The car I expected to rent was not available and the one I got was super clean and very new. The office was also clean with hand sanitizer available in multiple places and all staff I encountered at pickup and dropoff wore masks properly. No issues at all and I would definitely return here if I needed a car again!
I know a lot of the reviews here are unfavorable but honestly I went to return a car and I got there a few minutes after they were supposed to close but the guy didn't say anything to me. He was very friendly and answered every question I had with the utmost courtesy. Thank you!
Local hertz location that I've rented from many times, always found the workers here to be very helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend
They're not even there. Had a rental for 4pm, though it would be fine since they close at 5. Showed up at 3:30 pm and the place was locked. No warning, no email, nothing. Ended up at the Danbury location where I was told that the Waterbury guys haven't been showing up. Don't bother.
