I absolutely love Wallingford Enterprise Car Sales, all the staff there are wonderful. However I had the pleasure of working with Sydney; she was very professional and knowledgeable about the cars available in inventory. Sydney took the time to message me about purchasing a new car and was willing to send me options through via text to make purchasing easier. She was also great with my daughter; Sydney played her music and cartoons to keep her entertained while I signed all my paperwork. If you are looking for a car go to Sydney, she is great!
Nice place and the people treat you like gold. The girl I worked with stayed on the phone 15 minutes with my insurance company when she didn't have to do that. The gentleman there upgraded my vehicle because I'm a veteran. What more can you ask for?
Great service and staff. Make it an easy process to rent a car, the way it should be.
Staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. The car I had was clean and dependable. ( prior renter was a heavy smoker though ). I could have returned it but I was so busy replacing a totaled car I just kept it and moved on.
Overall my experience with Enterprise and their customer service was largely positive. The car worked well and it was easy to pick up after making my reservation. However, someone who rented the car previously left a somewhat racist pamphlet inside on the passengers side which had not been removed and which my boyfriend (a man of color) found while we were driving. When I mentioned this to the representative upon my return, she offered a half-hearted apology and did not seem concerned, when it was a very surprising article to be found left in the car. I continue to recommend Enterprise to others, but wish this situation had been resolved with more care.
