this is an easy review because so much was good, Ian at the Cheshire ct location was very kind and helpful to me by getting my car ready earlier than we even agreed to an earlier change. the lady who checked me out was nice but switched my cards between pay and deposit, but all in all no real harm to me. the windows were clean a pet peev of mine, the interior was stained pretty bad but clean, a better truck than i reserved but the price was fantastic as hertz whom we mostly used before the truck i reserved was a 400 dollar difference for the week i was stunned how much lower Enterprise was.
Great customer service. Friendly staff who is always helpful. I won't go anywhere else for a rental. Favorite location is Cheshire, CT
Always a pleasure to rent from this location. They work very hard to meet and exceed expectations.
We asked for a standard SUV, and received an Audi Q5, which was nice but a bit smaller than expected. There was no NAV in the vehicle, which was quite surprising. When I asked the woman at Enterprise if it had NAV, she said thought so because it is an Audi. Not correct! It worked when we hooked up our iPhones, but that was a pain and used a lot of data. Other than that, the ride was smooth and it drove well.
We asked for a ford explorer and got a free upgrade to a ford expedition!!!Best car I've rented from them!!Car was clean and check in and check out service was very speedy!The girl at the front desk is awesome Thanks again guys!!!
