I rented from the Waterbury Ct location. The car was nice and fully loaded. The young people at that location work very hard. The car stunk. The previous renters must have smoked weed, pot, marijuana in that car. I had to drive with the windows open, and the heater on. You could park the car, stand 20 feet away with the windows opened and you could still notice that god awful smell. They should have never rented that car in that condition. The people who rented previously should be charged a hefty cleaning fee. I will rent from them again but you can be sure I will do the smell test before getting into that rental.

I have used Enterprise Car Rental for many years! I have used them for vacations, car repairs, and just needing an extra vehicle. They are very accommodating whether you need a car for a day or you need a car for a few months. They work with you to find what type of vehicle fits you best. I have had times where they didn’t have the vehicle that I needed at the time but as soon as they got one in, they called me and switched me out of the car I was using to the one that I wanted. I am very pleased I would recommend Enterprise car rental to everyone.
