I have rented from Enterprise several times and not had an experience like this before. I have used the same location in the past and the employees have always been courteous and helpful. This time it was a disaster from the start. The car was not ready when I arrived even though I confirmed the pickup time the day prior. The employee tried to convince me to take smaller car saying it was all he had. The car I ultimately rented was not clean as there was food under the seats. When I left the location I noticed the car had less than 3/4 of a tank of gas. I went to a nearby gas station and filled the tank with 7 gallons of gas. Upon returning the car, I was told I would be charged $29 for gas as the tank was returned with less gas. I tried to explain that I had to fill the tank the day I picked up the car and left their parking lot. I even had the receipt to show them, but they were insistent I had to pay. I took the rental car to the gas station across the street and put in 5.9 gallons of gas because I refused to pay $4.50 a gallon/ $29. The two gentleman were not cooperative and being very unreasonable. I will not use this location again. I gone here for years and the change in employees is less than acceptable. I expected better from Enterprise based on my past experiences.

Everytime I use this branch I’m left highly satisfied. From George the manager to the great staff. They are always welcoming and do there best to go above and beyond. My last visit my car that I rented wasn’t ready by pick up due to mechanical work so I was upgraded at no extra charge to a newer car. Keep up the great work guys!

Great customer service! I needed a rental last minute booked it and within an hour it was ready for pick up. Check out and drop off were so quick it was amazing! Probably my easiest rental experience ever! Car was super clean and was even washed prior to my arrival. These guys are on point!

Great customer service!! I had a reservation for Saturday at a different location they didn’t have no mini van in stock as per my pick up! i called this location George Wright went above and beyond to get me what i needed called be back less then 15 minutes and told me he got a mini van for me come in. i got there everything took less then another 15 minutes to check out! I was very satisfied with him .. Thanks so much for what you do!
