I wish I could give the folks at Durable a higher score than 10! This experience was by far the best I have ever had with auto repair shop. From the moment we first connected it was professional and seamless! They treated us like royalty and did an excellent and quick repair to our Nissan Frontier. The face that they are a Geico preferred repair shop made it even that much better! Everything was taken care if for us - from the rental car to the insurance claim - they surpassed all expectations! First class and Five star service. I hope we never have another accident but if we do we will be working with Durable again
My vehicle was hit and Durable made it brand new again. It was completed in a timely fashion and the attention to detail was outstanding. Rosario guided me through the process and went above and beyond to make sure the car came out just like it left the showroom. Excellent quality and excellent customer service!
This is my second time at Durable for body damage. I came back a second time because they did a wonderful job the first time. I’m really leaving this review because their customer service is amazing. They were extremely patient with me as I waited 3 MONTHS to receive a check to cover the repairs to my vehicle. They called to check up and remind me I had contacted them, because it had been so long, but they never made me feel badly about anything. (Even though I did anyway because it shouldn’t have taken that long to begin with). Once they got my car in, the bumper repairs only took 2 days even though they originally told me it would take 4 and that was after they found additional damage internally and still had to order more parts to fix it.nI absolutely recommend them for body repairs! Everyone I dealt with over the phone or in person was very professional, understanding and kind. Please consider them next time you have body damage.
Recommended by my car insurance Geico. Customer service very polite and professional from start to finish. I was told they received the wrong bumper twice, hence it took a little longer than estimated. But at the end the car came out like brand new. Very happy about that.
Eric, Ray & the Durable staff was AWESOME! They fix my dad's vehicle & not once did they make me feel uncomfortable. They kept me informed every step of the way. I reccomend them to anyone looking for a honest, reliable & no frills mechanic.
