They take your money, when you show up to pick up the car, they say your credit isnt good enough and then tell you it will be 5-10 days for a refund! You shouldn't confirm a rental unless its actually CONFIRMED
I just had them deliver furniture and they were excellent and fast they came in and left and they were amazing Albert i think his name was an his crew were amazing and deserves recognition!!
It was a lot better when they were at sears. I reserved a vehicle two days in advance and was told at time of pickup that my vehicle was not there. But, they would gladly upgrade me for an additional charge. I stated I was going to call corporate regarding this. Erin, the girl with the very professional appearance (neck tattoo and tongue piercing) and stellar customer service told me, “corporate will tell you the same thing....go somewhere else if you want .... I really don’t care.” I forgot to mention some guy with a respirator smelling of car paint sitting right next to her. This is what happens when you change locations to a tow place and have trailer trash family members doing rentals for a well known rental company.
Completely unprofessional, I will never rent a car from Budget again. I was overcharged and when I asked for a receipt I never received one. I should have stayed with Enterprise in Watertown.
