Hi National -nnThis time i had a very bad experience, the car which i picked from ENTERPRISE Nantucket and the same was not cleaned, FULL OF CIGARETTE SMELL. I informed them but they do not have any other vehicle. My Wife and My Daughter both are sick now due to the CIGARETTE smell and all the trip they were vomiting. After returning the vehicle i informed and the lady who collected the key confirmed that she will wave a day rental but it didn't happen. NO ONE CARES AFTER RETURNING THE VEHICLE.
Amber was great and understood that I needed something bigger than the small car and got me a van so I could load my thighs and get to Michigan easley with the things I need most for my work
