The staff was great!! The tried their best to accommodate. I reserved a premium size car months in advance. When the time came to pick up they only had a standard size vehicle. Normally not a problem, but this trip was 4 adults and luggage for a week. It was a tight fit and a long and more uncomfortable ride that it needed to be.

The most AWFUL place you can go to rent a car. I rented a car for one day and charged me for 2 days. This is outragous!!!! BAD BAD BAD it's a waste of money.

They are quick to get you in and out and explain everything as long as you have a confirmation. I ha e dealt with them a number of times when my car was damaged. On my last trip I returned the key to the car in their key drop on Friday night when I got home from work which is after they close.. They did not take the key from the drop Monday and they went ahead and charged my debt card for 3 days of use. I called and contested and the manager gave me a hard time telling me that was to bad. I called my insurance company to see what they could do since this would all come out of my pocket. They told me to contact corporate. That I did and they argued with the manager. In the end the manager still made me pay for the 3 days. That is nonsense. I picked up another car today and have to use Enterprise because of the insurance I have. Make sure you check your bill and be wary of when you return and who is working. Those working today were helpful, honest, and approve as I had to leave my mother in law's car in there lot till the end of the day sure to the snowy weather.

They made it so easy. I got the van I needed cheaper than others offered it.nMy family had a wonderful visit we were able to do things together because of its size. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. Checking in and out was a breeze
