I've been a faithful business and leisure Enterprise customer for over 15 years. Usually renting from the Northeast, Florida and Puerto Rico areas.nTheir superior customer service never wavers.nHighly recommended. Their app is easy to use and saves time and money.
I have NEVER had a bad experience here! Everyone is beyond helpful. They answer the phone in a realistic time. I have been there both in person, and no contact delivery. Both experiences, amazing! The cars are clean and very presentable. Enterprise has yet to disappoint. Extremely professional, courteous and accommodating.
Excellent service.nI had to bring my car to the dealership for repairs. They called for a rental, the enterprise agent was there within 15 minutes. All the paperwork is now computerized. We did a walk around and a few signatures. Voila! we were done. I've used enterprise many times in the past. I've always had a great experience.
Staff was friendly, helpful and had vehicle ready within minutes after checking in. Vehicle itself was well appointed and a pleasure to drive. From pick up to drop off it was simple, convenient and hassle free.
The pricing for the car was good. My only issue is that they charged us $90.00 each for my two sister's that went with me on vacation so they could drive. Never again. I upgraded the car so my sister's & I could drive together on our vacation. I only upgraded because we split the cost. Nothing was mentioned about $10.00 a day for each driver. So we went from under $600.00 to almost & 800.00. I think it's wrong when we all used our own insurance
