The process of renting the car through my insurance company was easy. The price was reasonable. The representative that dropped the car off was nice. The inside of the car (steering wheel, handles, knobs and buttons) was kind of icky. Based on the smell, which was nauseating, a previous renter had smoked pot in the car, and then used body spray to cover it. It didn’t make driving the car very pleasant.
When calling to confirm if would be able to reserve a car with my temporary license because my hard copy card is being sent in the mail I was told they couldn’t accommodate me which I found weird, I called another enterprise to only find out that you could. The person picking up the found sounded like he had an attitude and was bothered. Would never come here at this location Ever
Very positive experience. It was easy in and it was easy out.
Wife rented a suv for a family vacation last week, with the currant issues due to COVID-19 I was very worried about the car. The whole staff was supper helpful and helped put my mind at ease. While checking into the car we did a full walk around and the car was spotless. I would recommend this location 10/10 times.
So, we rented a minivan on 07/11 completed the walk around without issue. Got in drive it home and later in the day started to get ready to pack. The vehicle was not cleaned, mouth retainer, spilled soda and juices, crumbs and hair, and a water bottle with old fruit in it. Not to mention the unseen illness risk. I cleaned it myself and contacted chat support and was told that the regional manager would call. Nothing, no phone call. I sent an email to customer support and they sent me a link to write a review, so here it is. I have pictures of all of this. I wish I could attach. They did find the time to send me my final bill and receipt. Top to bottom, a safety fail. Not worth the risk.
