The service was great getting the vehicle to the body shop where my vehicle was being repaired. The reason why I gave 3 stars instead of 5 was because the first vehicle had to be returned due to a flat which I don’t blame enterprise for but the replacement vehicle was pretty dirty. I had to take the vehicle to the car wash and clean the windows myself because the windshield was pretty dirty. That’s the only negative part of my experience. Everything else was great.
I've been using the Guilford location for quite a few years. Very professional and friendly staff! Had an unexpected, last minute need for a rental this week and they were able to help. Thank you!!! My experience has always been excellent and I will always go back.
Had a great experience renting a car from the Guilford Enterprise. Despite the last minute booking, Lance was very helpful during and after our rental to ensure everything went smoothly!
Very smooth rental process! Eve in the Guilford CT office was super helpful!
Typically good however this time the vehicle was filthy on outside and there was no one at the location when I went to pick up.
