After spending my morning running around the area looking for a rental car that would take debit cards, I finally got to Ali at Avis and good lord am I grateful. He told me straight up about their policy, and got me approved and driving off the lot within 5 min. Awesome service, nice dude, and a quality, low milage car for a reasonable price. Gotta give it to em they got my business for the foreseeable future.

The car was very dirty , not vacuumed or wash and had a lot of damage, i complained and was told they don’t have anywhere to wash the cars.. ok but with the pandemic they should find a way to clean the vehicles. After I complained I was given an upgrade and that car was dirty also. Being that I needed a vehicle I took it and sprayed and wiped down the inside myself..
The customer service at the New Haven, CT office was horrible. The car was disgusting with stains all over every single seat. Then to charge a price-gouging $10 per gallon for gas should be criminal and it's very apparent you only do it because it's the station next to a train station.
