Nancy is great. Hard working, patient and very friendly. Smooth transaction. She even upgraded me to a Cadillac suv. Keep her around please. Next time I'm up from NC I will definitely come back.
Have no idea what her name is and I could care less, somebody just needs to let her go. By her, I'm referring to the girl that sits to the right. Rude & obnoxious for no reason. Having a bad day? hungry? I look like your ex? Lemme tell you I really don't care, you're doing too much. I canceled and went to Enterprise instead.
Smooth experience and amazing customer service from Gabriella. She was the only one working the desk and handled multiple customers and phone calls with grace and patience.
The worst experience I've had at any rental agency, ever. Representative saw my wife and asked if I'd like to add an extra driver. I said, sure, why not. At no point did the person say a word about an extra fee. I agreed to pay the amount on my original rental agreement...the representative gave me a false receipt quoting the original amount, but upon return I find that it was going to be a $100 extra for the additional driver. I called Hertz and said that I never agreed to such a fee--the first rep agreed with me and said she's remove that charge and that it was questionably added. I then see that on my CC statement, the charge is back. I called--two hours total on the line--to be told they added it back because they have my signature on file. Guess what? That signature doesn't match mine! In the process of filing a complaint and chargeback.nnUse *any* other car rental agency in the New Haven area, and personally I'll never use Hertz again even though I was loyal to them previously. This is absurd.
Staff wasn't nice to us and the car we received was dirty and full of trash from the previous rent.
