The Worst!! My Avis rental car broke down and had to be towed. I was told to then go to the nearest Avis to get a new car. This was the nearest Avis place. They were completely unhelpful and gave me a total runaround. Customer service ... not so much.
I made a reservation with Avis, when I arrived at the counter, the agent asked me if I can take budget rental instead of Avis and cancelled my avis reservation saying its expensive. My original 1 day rental from Avis was $185. And he offered me $80 car for 24 hrs from Budget. I said, ok, you are saving me money so fine go ahead, as long as the hours of pick up and return are same as I requested in my Avis reservation. He assured me that. But unfortunately when i returned the car, the charge was $ 190 + the agent/owner was very rude and was talking without a mask, and behaved really bad. I had to just leave the counter and not waste my time. I am an Avis Preffered Member, very nasty and bad experience.
These people need to learn customer service and learn how to talk to people. They car was dirty and they do not care about cleaning it for you. The oil light was on this vehicle and they told me not to worry about it. You will be fine. This is scary that an company like Avis don’t care about there customer service. Trust this company will fail if they keep this up. Don’t rent from them unless this is your very last option.
WORST SERVICE!!!! Very unclean car, animal fur on the seats, coffee stains in the front, dust and white dust on the front seats and steering wheel. I asked the rep to change the car but all I get to hear is a NO and he goes back to his phone. Very unprofessional!!!!nnI book a car once a month and this time I wanted to checkout how AVIS was. I’m never coming back. What a disappointment!nnMy suggestion, don’t a book a car from AVIS, go to the next counter.
Great service. Got a free upgrade to a mid-size hybrid. Car was very clean. Pick up and drop off was super fast. Would definitely use this location again.
