The battery in our rental car died. After getting it jumped, we went to exchange the car as the engine light was also on. Horrible customer service. Employees were unwilling to help in any way. They were just plain rude and lazy. We had to go to several places and it took over 3.5 hours to finally get a replacement car. Really bad service and unprofessional workers.
If you like having your reservation given away with no warning or apology, then National is for you. Great if you appreciate the bare minimum of customer service. Would recommend to anybody who wants their travel plans disrupted, especially around the holidays.
Unprofessional and rude.
Hard to find (inside the airport), but service was good.
Since the change in mgt, I've had nothing but problems renting from National. As soon as you walk in, you're sized up by three reps who ask so many questions. Questions are fine but its overbearing. I've always rented from them but now Budget gets most of my business.
