This was my first experience with Enterprise.nI booked car one month before pick up. One day before I called them to check if everything is ok.nBut when I wanted to pick up a car they told me that I am unable to do it due to my age (24 years old). This information was in my reservation. Although I paid extra fee for not being 25.nnThey were almost able to ruin all my day plans but I rented car in the next door company without any problems. (Alamo)nnThis company is unreliable.nI highly do not recommend Enterprise in Madison!!!
Reasonably priced nice vehicles. They do get with some pricey extras. Avoid the damage waiver. Don't add an extra driver unless you really need to. Go over the car And check or dings and windshield Stars. If they're not marked On your sign out sheet. You may pay for them.
They won't voluntarily tell you every charge you're recieving, leaving you to be surprised when you end up paying almost $1000 for a car that you have for 16 days, 6 of which you were not supposed to be charged for.
Over the past years, we have rented several vehicles from Enterprise with very favorable results. The staff has always been very courteous and helpful. We fully intend to use their services again.
Great price for a one day emergency rental.Will use them again.
