Just sold my vehicle and needed to rent a car to get around for the day. The closer locations were closed so I had to drive 25 minutes across town to pick up. Once I get there, they tell me because I am under 25 I must have my own insurance policy as well. This would’ve been great information before booking, and driving across town. Even the confirmation call ahead would’ve been a good time to add this detail!!

Enterprise needs to post on its web page that pickup and drop-off is not available on Saturday's. This is a hassle when you have to learn this on the day. Apart from this, getting your vehicle and dropping off is very smooth. Due to CV-19, all transactions are done out side the building (at least at Middletown, CT). It's acceptable now, but as the weather gets colder, this may not work. This location mostly has just the base models, so that's a bummer. All in all, the representatives are friendly and seem to have a willingness to work with the customer. I have been going to this enterprise location for the past 3 years, I have always had good interaction with the representatives here.

The Middletown, CT location is always friendly and helpful. They didn't have the car I ordered, but I still got another one that worked out. I was comfortable with the car and service during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

I booked a last minute rental for a Premium SUV at the Middletown office. It was my first time dealing with that particular location, but let me tell you, BEST EXPERIENCE with John. I pulled up, he was pleasant, personable, accurate and was getting the job done. Had a free upgrade to a Yukon XL since the original SUV wasn't clean enough to be taken out. PERFECT! He took id, credit card, checked insurance and we walked around the SUV and I was gone. FLAWLESS check-in with John. I recommend going through him always. Thank you for professional and outstanding service. He made my son's graduation a hit.

This was my first time renting a vehicle since Covid hit and I must say I was impressed by a few things. 1) How quick the process was. You are not able to go inside as usual and I believe this has a lot to do with how quick the process was. I was in the car and driving right out in no time. Drop off was also quite quick. 2) They took extra measure to make sure they sanitized and disinfected inside the vehicle and assured us of such. 3) My original vehicle had low tire pressure so they upgraded me (which isn't that abnormal) to a full sized vehicle.nOverall I was happy with my rental experience from Middletown Enterprise. I'm usually never dissatisfied with the service they give.
