Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I'm a longtime Enterprise customer for work travel, and have been very happy with the local service we receive. I was disappointed this week when I returned my vehicle and encountered employees wearing their masks below their noses indoors at the customer service counter. I had to ask the man who was going to give me a ride back to my home to please wear his mask properly before getting into the car. Other than this my experience was great, but I expect more from the diligent staff and management at Enterprise.

I have had several experiences with Enterprise and have been very happy with them. This time we were given a vehicle that had less than 8k miles on it and it made me decide that many of the foreign vehicles are under rated. We had a 2020 VW Tiguas SE and it performed beautifully.

Enterprise on Broadway in Missoula made my experience hassle free while offering several tempting options.nDrop off at Bozeman airport was very easy and convenient.nThe follow up call acknowledging that the drop off was received and accounted for was much appreciated.nThanks for your professionalism which made for a pleasant vacation.

The people who work here are unbelievably kind and helpful. We got in on a really hectic Friday and our car had not been returned yet by the last group. After calling around for a while, the local branch manager (Jacob) offered to give us an upgraded car at no cost. They also accommodated our ride to the airport when we were pressed for time. All without an attitude or fine. Many thanks to the agents and ownership for their excellent customer service!

Unfortunately, this was our worst experience renting a vehicle. We were in Montana for a week (90 degrees during the day in August) and given a vehicle with no a/c. When we called they mentioned that they noticed that but gave it to us anyways. They swapped out our small suv for a truck at no additional cost which seemed like an upgrade and we were pretty thrilled. We drove about 90 miles north and when we woke up the next morning bright and early to head for Glacier National Park, our front right tire was flat. We spent about an hour changing the tire, which resulted in us missing out on a majority of the trails we wanted to hike in Glacier due to parking filling up.nnThe staff was friendly, but between waiting for vehicles (+30 minutes wait), being given unreliable vehicles, and paying $600+ for that, this experience couldn't have been worse.
