Made a reservation to rent a car to be picked up at 7:30 am. the Windsor office website says they're open at 7:30 am, so I expect the car will be ready at 7:30 am when I get there. Wrong, there's no car to be seen and the place isn't open. Then I get a call later in the day asking me if I need the car. I did, at 7:30 am! Don't call me again. And at the very least, make sure your website is updated to reflect the correct office hours and notifies people of the times they can actually rent a car.

supposed to get a car and the place is closed and there was never anything sent to us about it. Very bad people.
We are locals and usually go to the airport to rent a car for travel. We had heard mixed reviews about the Poquonock location but it is very close by so we thought we would give it a try. What a wonderful surprise. The customer service is EXCELLENT! Megan went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of. Thank you Megan.
