We rent from Enterprise in Avon when we take non-stop flights out of Boston, and a one-way rental allows us to drop the car off at Logan Airport and avoid having to leave a car for 2-3 weeks. This latest rental included service above and beyond—not only is the Enterprise staff working with pandemic protocols, but a power outage the night before knives out their phones. Everything went well despite all this.
I needed a large SUV. A staff member measured the cargo space while I was on the phone which was great. The car was new, immaculate, andnthe rental process done safely. Unfortunately I was renting on Saturday only but had to pay for the whole weekend.
They ALWAYS take care of me & my families needs.nThe only thing is stay away from new hires there, last time I rented the return wasn't so pleasant but understand he was only doing what he was taught. Which made as late for work but someone at enterprise called us & apologized & explained he was a newbie. Enterprise in AVON ROCKSud83cudfb8 !
The car I was given smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke it made me and my 11 and 14 year old sons physically sick. We had the car for 3 days and were totally miserable every time we had to go somewhere in the car.
