Wasnt happy at first but was helped by a very nice woman who was very understanding & i appreciate that in a situation as such

Love it...good and fast service...clean cars...this hertz will be my go to place when I need a rental

I did thorough research before choosing this rental location. According to their website, they will travel 5 miles to pick you up for your rental, I also called to confirmed. When I called to be picked up, the Hertz employee told me (rather rudely because she was overwhelmed) that I was too far away, and instructed me to call the customer service number because I prepaid. The CSR eventually got tired of me and reconnected me with the Hertz in Vegas. This time, I spoke with Nicole, who was very pleasant and professional. She offered to see what she could do for me. The manager, Crystal, agreed to pick me up. Once we got on the road to pick up my rental, I was able to see why it was too far. We had to get on a major expressway that had bumper-to-bumper traffic. What could have been a disastrous situation was thwarted by Crystal and her wanting to satisfy the customer. She even arranged for me to be able to drop the car off at the airport. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience and would rent from them again anytime. Thanks again, Crystal!!!

Great customer service for me. My guy picked us up with a pick up truck and brought us to this office to pick up our rental. The lady handling us was nice. All in all it was a great experience.

Every time I went here I was treated with respect and like they know I would be in a rush and they would always try to handle me in a timely fashion. could always tell that these people want to help me. It’s only like three people up there but they’re all great and helpful. I like the place so much I ended up buying a car from them. 2016 Toyota Corolla 44,000 miles, can’t beat that.
