Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have been a loyal customer since 2009. I rented a compact car for two days And was charged $51.00a day, which I thought was outrageous. The car was decent, but the price was ridiculous. I think the next car I rent will be with your competitors.

It's a great service that the rental company can pick you up where your at, had to take my truck to the shop for repairs and pick us up at our location. Had a problem with the rental that was given to me, and was able to exchange it very easily the next when they opened.😊

The staff is very attentive & friendly. As soon as you walk through the door, someone is greeting you. I reserved my car for 400 pickup. Due to my ride situation, I got there at around 315. For those who are not aware, they no longer pick you up because of Covid. They had my car ready for me at 345 & apologized for the wait even though I was super early. I drove a 2020 Toyota Corolla to Cali & back. It actually drove up the high elevation surprisingly well. It was good ob gas. I have no complaints. I am disappointed about them no longer picking up, but I don't blame them.

I rented a car for a week to travel to California from Nevada. While I was driving the dash and radio... basically everything in the inside of the car would shut off randomly for 2mins and turn back on. So I contacted customer service to inform them. They the had scheduled me a car swap.... every location I arrived to turned me down and showed no sense of urgency. I spent 1 whole day driving around to different enterprises. Just one horrible experience
