Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great customer service! Rented a 2018 Nissan Maxima which was extremely clean and great car. Definitely will come back if I ever need to rent a car again.

Worst telephone rep ever attempting to locate and file a complaint against them as I type this.

Fair prices, but no one is ever at the desk. No one answers the phone. The guy came back from "lunch" 20 minutes before they closed for the day.

They never answer the telephone. Come on Enterprise. You can do better.

This is on a military installation. The military works off timelines. I don't know how you can be open from 0900 to 1800 but be gone from 10-12. Well, no, I'm still waiting. I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to write an ICE complaint and have you removed. Also, as I'm sitting here I called the listed phone number and the phone never rang or lit up. Cool. Update: Dammit, wanted to be mad but the attendant finally came and upgraded for being late. 2hrs of no one bein there should probably be fixed with extra personnel.
