Terrible experience. They don't tell you you need your own insurance. Then they gave me a car on a 1/4 tank. Almost 3 weeks later I'm calling everyday for my refund. The one positive is the workers were absolutely beautiful.
Great customer service. Fill out some paperwork and they send you on your way. Easy not complicated!
Would give them zero stars if possible. Total fraudsters. Plain and simple. Don't rent from these folks if you can help it. Looking forward to reporting them to the BBB as they are aggressively trying to claim we damaged a car when we did not. Even have video proof from the customer who rented the car a mere few hours after we returned it . A real headache and time suck, dealing with the aftermath of this rental.
This place it constantly a disappointment, this would interaction in doing services and seem there is no protocol or communication.nnThey do not provide insurances it would have been nice if we knew this prior to driving all the way to their location.nnThey will try to give you a very used car if you don’t complain.
Worst car rental place EVER ! The location In New Britain Connecticut, showed NOTHING but disrespect ! Their staff Carry very very bad attitudes! They tried to charge my mother in law a $200 fee for tolls and gave her a very disrespectful attitude when she asked them to check again ! When they did check again the tolls were only $40 & THEY STILL REFUSED TO APOLOGIZE! I would much rather take a public bus than get a car from them ! VERY VERY RUDE !
