Don’t Rent here!!! Said I didn’t want insurance so they changed the rate to include it and charged me $39 a day after the fact. Of course I should have read through before being rushed to initial but totally unethical. Funny because I never received a receipt at all just the extra charge on my credit card after I returned the vehicle. Awful awful place and they should be ashamed. Wasn’t even part of my up front hold. Your better off going anywhere else. Guy seemed nice but clearly shady.
Service was great, lady at the counter super helpful and friendly. Car was just ok, that's not her fault.
The Buckland Mall location was convenient and affordable. Staff was was pleasant and professional
The vehicle Check in was easy and Luis was very accommodating & friendly, I really appreciated his help regarding modifications towards my rental.
Called in to check car accessories needed during rental. Guy on the phone said he cannot confirm anything over phone and I have to go in person to check while renting. Then why do they have phone? If they cannot confirm simple information over phone?nnLot of undeserved 1 star ratings instead of 0s.
