Very satisfied with rental also Hertz agent(West Hartford) was very attentive and detailed also car sanitized and clean recommended best options for time of rental contract also courteous unfortunately didn't receive customer service at my local branch not as attentive and courteous also believed I was overcharged at my local branch will definitely rent again at West Hartford branch unfortunately don't remember agent name on rental pick up date 12/1/20 Thank you...

Well everything was to good to be true piked up a car to take a nite trip to New York to visit a family member we’ll that got canceled because everyone in the car got sick off a smell which smelled like prior renter smoked marijuana really bad didn’t notice smell when piled up because they left all windows open an I was wearing a mask 15 minutes into trip everyone became sick I called an also went to various location no luck everyone was out of cars called them in the morning they offered me a free rental car certificate.sent the wife today to pick up certificate it was $20 dollars off my next purchase mind you I spent about that much buying products so I can continue the next day on my trip.never again very disappointed an to top off they held $400 deposit on my card which was their mistake. Thanks guys for ruining my kids trip

Blake is great to work with , we send all of our customers there. He has some help in that office now and we have had all positive experiences since his being there. Good selections of units along with Vans, convenient location.

I rented a car from this location. This car spelt like smoke the rep told me no one smoked in the car. One day later I had an asthma attack had to return the car. Customer service recommended I had the vehicle towed since it wasn’t safe to drive. Hertz charged me and extra $494 for having the vehicle towed and to clean the vehicle from the smoke smell. I’ve called this location a million time from the day I drove off with no response, I’ve sent emails Called customer service and it’s been a nightmare. Don’t rent from hertz their customer service is horrible. If you have a problem they will not only ignore your request but they will also make sure to charge you for it.
