I recently rented a car for the Park Avenue, West Hartford branch. Checking out was prompt and easy. There was limited contact and social distancing. The staff was courteous and helpful. I got a nice, clean, smoke free vehicle, for an unbelievably reasonable rate. I would definitely do this again if and when the opportunity arises. Thanks Enterprise!

I have been happily an Enterprise Rent-A -Car user for years.nUnfortunately my last experience was substandard.nThe car reeked of marijuana.nThe steering was out of alignment.nWindows were smeared as though a dog or small children was rubbing their filthy fingers all over.nI'm looking forward to a nicer experience next time.nThis one was a one off. Sorry.

This location absolutely deserves 5 stars. Their staff was extremely friendly and professional. I have not been having the best experiences with Enterprise but hands down this staff is the Best. Whatever is being enforced or trained at this location needs to be shared with some of the other locations. Overall great experience.

I rented a car for a week. When I picked up the car, the inside of it smelled like cigarettes. It was awful and suffocating just to sit in the car. I tried to return it the following day but they had no cars available. They tried cleaning and airing it out which helped for about 2 minutes. We spent the first 4 days of our vacation driving around to Enterprise locations trying to find a different vehicle so we could go on our trip. None of the locations had cars to give us. We ended up not being able to go on our trip because the car smelled so horribly and made us sick just to sit in it. I ended up having to pay for the rental even though I was unable to use it. It was a horrible experience and a waste of time, energy, and money.

The representatives there are very great at what they do, I was able to get in and out when picking up my rental all in under 20mins. Plus everyone provided excellent Customer Service.
