I was in a fender Bender and was given a rental vehicle from our local Enterprise. They met me personally with a car at the body shop, left the car running for me so it was nice and warm. We did a quick inspection, signed the forms and I was on my way in less then 10 minutes. When I was ready to pick up my vehicle, all I had to do was leave the vehicle at the body shop for an Enterprise employee to pick up.nnFriendly, gracious people and amazing service as always! I found the staff of Enterprise in Bristol to be excellent. Excellent in their efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism. The location was extremely busy at both pickup and drop off, yet I was greeted promptly and was able to get on my way quickly. The car was spotless and ran like a charm. Rented a minivan to schlep my daughter and her stuff back to school. The online reservation process was painless, I got a confirming call the day before, and the van was ready to go when I arrived. Drop-off was confirmed quickly and the EZ PASS charges are now rolling in with explanations. So - solid online system, great IRL folks, and clear communication. Can't ask for more than that!
