Favorite rental spot in Helena. These guys will do whatever they can to make your visit the best it can be.

Horrible customer service!nnI booked online and when I arrived, there was $319 of additional fees added for a 3 day rental. But the worst part was that I HAD to pay for it, because, guess what, cancellation fee and I wouldn't get my deposit if I didn't go through with my booking.nnThere was nothing the page where I booked that stated there would be additional fees later.nnWhen I spoke to the gentleman inside to try to fix it, he was rude and incompetent.nnWon't use them again!

I spoke with a representative today who was very snippy and rude to me. I was annoyed and frustrated that they couldn't guarantee that a car would be available during the time that I had reserved one for. She explained to me that what's in the system isn't actually what is available on premises. I then asked her how I was supposed to make a reservation when she couldn't guarantee availability.nnI won't be renting again from this place.
