I rented the car from the Helena Montana Airport. The experience was excellent. When I was planning my trip and I read reviews it was confusing if the Alamo office was in the Airport. I want people to know it is in the airport. It's a very small airport and the Alamo counter was right by the baggage claim area. We loved the car. I will definitely rent from them next time.
Reserved a car online, booked hotel, dinner reservations, got droped of at the airport, says open online, but NO ONE HERE TO GIVE ME KEYS! MIGHT GET FIRED FOR MISSING BUSSINES MEETING! IM OUT $600 AT LEAST.
I called Alamo and they talked with me for 30 minutes about all the details. (never rented a car before) Brandi at the front desk in Helena was great! Even offered to come in early to work if I needed the vehicle sooner. No sneaky charges. Great service.
