Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My vehicle had to be in the dealership for a repair for a lengthy amount of time. I was given a loaner through Enterprise, as the dealership did not have any available. This all took place starting 2 weeks before my wedding day. The first vehicle I received had significant transmission issues. I was incredibly fortunate that I was able to drive it almost to the dealership before the transmission completely failed. When I followed up with the dealership out of curiosity to find out what happened to the vehicle or what ended up being wrong with it, they confirmed that my initial suspicion was correct and the car needed a whole new transmission. I was then given another vehicle, this time a Kia Soul, that fortunately did not seem to have any mechanical issues, but was much too small for my needs, as we had planned a road trip for our honeymoon and had non-refundable, non-negotiable plans. Because my personal vehicle was being repaired due to a recall and class action lawsuit, the dealership was able to secure a compact SUV comparable to my own vehicle from Enterprise. Imagine my dismay during our 12 hour road trip to discover that this vehicle had a significant leak on the back driver's side tire, necessitating air fills every day we had it. There was a big storm that resulted in power outages and issues with the Enterprise phone system in 2 out of 3 local branches.nThe issues we had with 2 out of 3 of the vehicles I had for this time were unrelated to the staff and customer service, and although it was challenging to get through to actual associates for help, the sales reps were great and very helpful when I was able to get in contact with them. I was also fortunate to have the dealership helping me expedite the process. I fear that if this had just been a standard rental contract, I would not have been able to quickly remedy the extreme mechanical failure of the first vehicle, and the quality control and safety of the cars they're allowing out is pretty alarming.

Enterprise has always given me great service and competitive prices. If something is wrong they fix the problem to make it right. I am very happy with the Manchester office.

I've used Enterprise for years and have never been disappointed. They're friendly manner and professionalism make it easy to not seek out other companies out there. I would recommend them to anybody looking to rent a car.

Car was clean and ready for pick up when I arrived. Used night drop off with no issues. No hidden charges, price was exactly as quoted.

I used this service for years and always have a wonderful experience. I am horrified by the experience I received when using the Springfield Massachusetts location. Long story short I had my entire reservation set and when time came 8:00 am to pick up the vehicle, I was told it was a policy that with out of state license I had to have a major Credit card. I had previously spoke with the individual whom assisted me with my reservation and they explain what docs. To bring. When day of trip came this lady wouldn’t allow me to get the car. I explained what was told to me and what docs to bring. She just said sorry and no. She did however suggested another location but I couldn’t get a car until 3:30 that afternoon. So policy means nothing at suggested location? We lost an entire day of travel. The other location was quick, no problem and accommodating but it was 35mins out in the opposite direction of our travel. I feel she should have been more accommodating after seeing how long I have been a member and never had any problems. Also renting from enterprise so long I knew it was at her discretion and she just flat out said no!!!.
