Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My experience with this location in Hartford, CT has been excellent! The Car promised was available both times I rented in the last two months. The staff there were attentive and processed my paperwork quickly. I would highly recommend this convenient location for your future rental; the cost was reasonable too.

After a horror show experience reserving a car at Budget right down the road, I cancelled and brought my business here instead. What a difference! John-Paul was amazing. He took care of all my rental needs—friendly, courteous, efficient, and he saved me time and money; a thousand times better than Budget on Leibert Road. I will never rent from any other place. I have always rented from enterprise East Hartford, and have never had a bad experience. On my most recent rental, East Hartford had no vehicles available and I was forced to go to Hartford. My personal vehicle was in a shop and the rental was urgent in nature. I requested an Altima as that is what I own and I didn’t want to discover new buttons or switches in my rental, just drive to and from work.nnWhen I received the vehicle I was shocked to see they did nothing to clean it prior to my rental. The windshield was filthy from the inside and the vehicle wreaked of cigarettes. My expectations from previous experience with enterprise was sorely disappointed. I would give five stars for previous rentals and only give two stars for this one due to my needing to personally clean the vehicle interior.

This is for the W. Service Road Enterprise in Hartford, CT. So far I've been extremely happy with them. I used to use Hertz all the time but for some reason they are closed on weekends and holidays now and have no key drop box! So I've begun using the Enterprise. Prices have gone up a lot, so that is the main issue. Quite expensive. But when I missed my Hartford train stop and went to Windsor by mistake, I called them in a panic and they came out and picked me up! They also drove me to the train station when I returned. I'll be using them from now on.

Had us waiting outside for 30 mins in the cold for a rental that was supposed to be ready at 2pm Smh definitely not going back to this location.
