Nice employee....quick and easy

Very poor customer service from the manager at 108 A Constitution Plaza, Hartford Ct who charged my credit card for a car that was picked up by Triple A the same day, due yo mechanical problems. I was not aware of the charges on my credit card, If I didn't call the billing department, I would not have known about the charges until it is posted on my card. And that is a fraudulent activity. This is not the first time I had to return a car from that same location due to mechanical problems. This time I couldn't take a swap out because I had already missed my flight due to being stuck and I was traveling with my 10 year old. I can't begin to explain how very stressed out I am at this moment, because I was scheduled for a medical surgery that I've waited months to get a date. Oh and might I add that having explained to the manager about my missed appointment. He was totally dismissive, like he didn't care. Instead he took my rental agreement and charged me for a day without my knowledge.

Helpful customer service. Good selection of cars within the city that helps avoid taxes and fees compared to an airport rental, for example - if the facility open hours works out. They also once helped retrieve a personal item that was left in the car, and promptly called us back to have over. Much appreciated.

Poor customer service and definitely do not clean the cars well... COVID-19 I just rented a car from them the car smelled and cigarette butts were left in the car,I told one of the workers before I left and he told me he didn’t smell any cigarettes and the car was cleaned never againud83dude24

Made one phone call asked questions got there bout an hour got out in 17 minutes satisfied with a nice 2020 silver impala with low price live it thnks oh and for 4days.
