Great service will come here more often
I had a reservation. My flight landed at 11:30. They were supposed to close at 1am. They decided to close early and left me stranded. By the time I figured out why there was no shuttle all the rental agencies were closed. Their corporate customer service gave me no explanation and just told me there is nothing they can do. I’m writing this from the bench I’m sleeping on at the airport waiting for Hertz to open. NEVER USE THRIFTY EVER.
THIS PLACE IS CLOSED! NEED TO GO TO AIRPORT TO PICK UP YOUR CAR!
Everything was fine, until now that someone put my cell phone number as the business number and I KEEP GETTING phone calls. PLEASE DO NOT CAL ME!
Car rental for a week. Nice, clean car, great deal via hot wire. Nice staff.
